Executive Director

Berkshire Immigrant Center (BIC) is seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter.

For nearly three decades, BIC has been a trusted and vital resource for immigrant and refugee communities across Berkshire County, providing affordable legal services, community education, and advocacy that help individuals and families build stable, secure lives. Today, the organization is financially strong, highly respected, and supported by a dedicated staff and engaged Board.

This is a compelling opportunity to build on that strong foundation while helping shape BIC’s future. The next Executive Director will elevate the organization’s visibility, deepen community partnerships, and guide thoughtful, mission-aligned growth, bringing both strategic discipline and a genuine passion for the mission.

BIC is seeking a leader who is collaborative, grounded, and deeply committed to immigrant communities, someone who brings strong management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust across staff, Board, and community.
