The BIC Team Welcomes Two New Staff Members
BIC welcomes two new Team members: Karen Carrillo Cordova & Jacob Greer!
Karen Carrillo Cordova, Intake Coordinator, was born in El Salvador and has lived in the United States for 16 years. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she holds an Associate’s degree in Psychology. Having navigated the immigration system and the process of acquiring citizenship herself, she is dedicated to helping others who face similar challenges and providing resources to those in need.
Jacob Greer, Assistant Case Worker, moved to the Berkshires from Oklahoma earlier this year. Previously, he coordinated a food program for Community Health Programs and worked as a lead case manager at an immigration law firm, handling temporary work visas. He studied Economics, Film & Media Studies, and Russian, and actively volunteered with non-profits. Jacob looks forward to supporting the local immigrant community.
